Shape is perfect to have the wide part to focus on the upper or lower cervical area. Good coverage and adhered even at the hairline.
I Overdid it shoveling and exacerbated a chronic neck injury. Felt a slow build in intensity, heat, and relief that lasted all day and into the evening. It diffused the tension and muscles relaxed to allow for more stretching and massage in the evening. Definitely recommend for flare-ups of chronic neck pain.
