How to Store - It is very important that dried mushrooms are stored properly to ensure long-term and maximum freshness. Place the mushrooms into either a plastic or glass container with a tight-fitting lid. Our first recommendation, though, is freezing or storing in a refrigerator or freezer. Place the dried mushrooms in a clean, tight-sealing freezer bag. The reason for maximum cold storage is because heat and moisture are the greatest enemies. The mushrooms should keep well for six months to a year.

Herbsgreen Japan Red Reishi Mushroom Sliced (1 Lb)
I've been using the Reishi tea for a few months. I seem to have a little less pain in my joints. (I'm older) I drink about 6 oz in the morning. I actually have come to like the taste!
The reishi is great for my immune system more powerful brewed in a percolator and put in mason jars great for breast cancer and bone cancer.
