I am happy to review. I have been using this product for several years now for aches and pains. Currently, I have a small rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder from doing low impact pushups. Bad idea at my age pushing 80. I was presented with questionable surgical options which I rejected. I turned to this product for help with shoulder stability, pain relief, and longevity of remaining in place even through a shower. I have used the uncut patches in overlapping designs that have given me the comfort and stability I was seeking. Coulpled with daily doses of grass fed COLLAGEN Peptides Type 1 and 3, plus a shoulder brace from Amazon, I am able to use my left arm for light weigh tasks with little pain now. The patches, collagen, and brace (suggested by a doctor) are helping the joint to heal, barring any carelessness on my part. Very happy with the patch!
