After years of taking prostate formulas that mix different oils, herbs and vitamins with saw palmetto extract the benefits began to lessen. So that made for more trips to the bathroom each night and less sleep. Finally thought of trying a traditional Chinese formula for prostate problems. After taking Qian Lie Xian Wan as directed for a few weeks the trips to bathroom went down to one or none each night. Getting much better quality sleep now. Highly recommend as it's worth a try and reasonably priced.
I've used this oil for a number of years, since my son and his Chinese wife brought me some back from a trip to New York. There are evidently several versions, and the one sold in the US is the Hong Kong version, as I understand it. Not exactly sure what the difference(s) is/are. Anyway, this works well for my arthritic knees and feet. The scent is very strong, so I don't advise putting it on and going anywhere - I put socks on after I've put it on my feet, so I don't get it on the floor. Overall, it's worth the extra effort. I highly recommend it for pain in arthritic body parts. Do not let it get on any mucus membranes, though - and wash your hands thoroughly after putting it on. Give it a try - hope it helps you.

All though I use some other herbs regularly, this is the first time I have tried reishi mushroom. After using it now for about two weeks I'm pleased with the results. I can definitely feel an overall strengthen through my body. As a tea it is supposed to safe, but it can act as a blood thinner.
