I frequently have tension in my neck, and these patches are one of the things I use to manage that. I recently flew internationally and I pre-empted neck stiffness by wearing these patches on my neck from the beginning. Thirty one hours of travel later, my neck felt fine!

I cut the patches in half, which makes them a good size for what I need. They don't stay on when I shower, but they seem to for other people.

I have been suffering in great pain with a torn medial meniscus and was told of Yunnan Baiyao plasters by a neighbor who has been a longtime customer of New Green Nutrition. I hope and pray it continues to work, as I have had two cortisone injections, wear a complicated knee brace, have taken many NSAID painkillers, been in physical therapy, but nothing had helped nearly as well as the Yunnan Baiyao plasters.
