Item received as advertised and fast shipping! This herbal supplement is supposed to enhance the immune system. I still have to gauge the efficacy against a similar product purchased in Taiwan.

While I am pleased with the product, I was not informed that the product would be shipped with a signature required for delivery. I was not home when the carrier attempted to deliver, and this made the acquisition of the product very difficult and time consuming. I receive many packages over the course of a week. There is no need to require a signature for delivery of simple supplements.
