Zhuogu Sciatica Pills, Spinal & Lumbar Support (60 Capsules)

These have been a lifesaver for me. They significantly reduce my sciatica pain so that I can function all day.. I take 2 in the morning every day and they last me a good 7-8 hours. If I know I’m going to be busy or active at night I take another 2 late afternoon early evening. If I’m planning to do a lot of walking throughout the day or night I sometimes supplement with one 200mg dose of ibuprofen. They don’t eliminate the pain mainly because the problem (lumbar DDD, spinal stenosis, etc) is still there, but helps significantly. I’ve been taking them for about a year and they are still just as effective as day one. Mind you…I exercise regularly, stretch nearly every day, and wear a lumbar support belt. But all of this is better than surgery any day!!!
