You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and then a shipping confirmation email with a link for tracking when the order is shipped. 

Q: How do I make a purchase using my Prime benefits on New Green Nutrition?
A: We offer selected products with Amazon Prime shipping. You will see the Buy with Prime option on eligible product page. You can find all eligible products in the Amazon Prime Collection

Q: Is this really the same delivery experience I'm familiar with as a Prime member?
A: Yes, buy with Prime is fulfilled by Amazon warehouse and offers the same fast, free delivery as with buying on Amazon.com

Q: Why are product prices different with NGN in House fulfillment and Amazon Prime fulfillment?
A: Due to different shipping requirements, the prices are adjusted to reflect the cost associate with each fulfillment channel. New Green Nutrition offers quantity discount for most products and free USA domestic shipping over $50. Buy with Amazon Prime offers free shipping with no minimum. There's no quantity discount using Buy with Amazon Prime. We are providing both choices to meet customer's individual needs.

Q: Where can I check the status of my order?
A: You can check your order status by clicking on the link in your shipment confirmation email, which will bring you to your order details page on New Green Nutrition. For Buy with Prime purchases, you can't see or track orders on your Amazon.com orders page or in the Amazon mobile app.

Q: What is the Buy with Prime Return Policy?
A: Some Buy with Prime orders are eligible for return. To start a return, view your order status from the link in the email you received after you place your order. You'll be able to begin the return process and print a USPS return label. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in resellable condition and returned within the return window.
