Like Black Tea and Green Tea, White Tea derives from Camellia Sinensis, thus sharing similar chemical properties and health benefits.  However due to it's unique processing, White Tea contains the most antioxidants and catechins of the teas.  Catechins found in white tea, have been found to reduce cholesterol, decrease blood pressure, and improve the function of blood vessels, thereby decreasing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Directions: Brew one or two tea bags in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
