My wife and I use this balm regularly for both arthritis and muscle pains associated with exercise and other physical activities. You can also apply a small amount to the soles of your feet at night after a shower and it works wonders. This balm truly works. The odor is a bit strong at first but quickly disappears leaving you with the penetrating sensation of the menthol.

I suffer with arthritis in my hands and this cream really relives the pain. It smells strong of menthol at first, but disappears quickly. Looks more like oil than cream but soaks into hands with no greasy film on my hands. Very happy that I found this product.
